How many min do we need to boil eggs?.

It's true. The technique for peeling eggs is there. Like it's easier when you start from around its air space. But I don't agree with like boiling, soaking them in cool H20 and so on. It all depends on the type /nature of the egg.

frozen fruit is always better than using Ice for the best smoothies.

I simmer them for five minutes and then just peel underwater works just as well as all that daftness and mine remain soft and runny but cooked

Salt has no purpose but one. It seasons the water nothing else. The other stuff people say, is a myth. If you let your eggs come to room temperature before you boil them and then place them in faucet cold water, you have a better chance of the shells not breaking when you start to boil. Start the eggs to a high boil, then reduce the heat, to a lower boil. When they're done, they should peel easily.

I failed to write salt. I put salt and oil while eggs are boiling. They don't Crack and are easy to peel

Best way after cooling a little is to roll the eggs around in yr fingers to loosen them then they will peel

My mom advised me to pour warm water on eggs before cooking.

I put mine in boiling water n then cold when they r done. Come out pretty good. Just be careful when u drop them in. I use abig spoon n drop very gently.

I found that if I get the water boiling then turn the heat down to medium and gently put my eggs into the pot and allow to simmer a 15 minutes then remove them from the hot water and place into an ice bath they peel very easily.

Crushed ice is better than whole cubes of ice it’ll blend faster and won’t watered down your smoothie.

There is a way that's easier and quicker than this. Instant Pot Boiled Eggs, peel one egg in 2 seconds: 1C of COLD water in a 6qt pot, 1.5C for an 8C pot I have a steel mesh basket that holds at least a dozen eggs and fits inside the pot. Cook at HI pressure 5min. Pressure release for 5min, then quick release. I cool the basket with the cooked eggs in a sink full of cold water by walking away and forgetting about them for a while. It can't hurt them to stay in the water. It only takes about 2 seconds per egg to peel them if you do it right. Take your cooled egg in your hand and gently slam it down on the counter and roll it around just once to fully crack the shell. Then you can grab the egg and have the shell off in another second.
